We had such a wonderful experience at this pet store today. It’s so refreshing to walk into a small, non-chain shop where you can truly feel how much the staff cares. Both employees were incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They took so much time with us, answered all of our questions without rushing, and walked us through everything we would need to properly care for our new guinea pigs. As first-time guinea pig owners, it meant a lot that they didn’t just try to sell us products and they really made sure we understood how to set everything up and what would keep our girls healthy and happy. You can tell they genuinely love animals and take pride in what they do. We left feeling confident, prepared, and excited. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest guidance and exceptional customer service.
